Seasonal Update

Hi everyone,

Spring is really here now. The leaves are beginning to open and some forest flowers are blossoming. It's a beautiful time of the year!

We had a good maple harvest. The taps are all pulled out to allow the tree to close the open hole whe the taps were, to close over as the trees put on new growth rings. The ongoing project for the summer is to refill the wood shed so that we have plenty of firewood to boil sap next spring.

We are ready to ship our maple syrup and other products when you place your orders.
