Our pure maple candy is made by boiling (and concentrating) pure maple syrup to a higher level, stirring and pouring into leaf-shaped molds. The 1 lb. box has 40 to 42 pieces, the 9 oz. box has 22 to 24 pieces and the 4 oz. box has 12 pieces.
